James Cullumber, Jeff Cullumber and Mike Hickey are a highly skilled team of building professionals with over 100 years of combined building experience and are committed to cost-effective quality construction. Central Construction Co.’s wide variety of construction experience includes shopping centers, offices, apartments, condominiums, banks, hospitals, medical/dental, industrial, and churches. An innovative approach is used to upgrade existing buildings with new exteriors, space expansion, and infrastructure for high tech network systems. Residential, commercial, and industrial lots have been developed in 44 subdivisions. The Central Team has past and current experience as owners and/or directors of banks; carpet/decorating stores; a roofing company; real estate brokerage; property management; mortgage loans; and educational institutions. They have donated years of public service including Planning & Zoning Commission, Airport Authority, Industrial Bond Authority, and Building Code Board of Appeals. Central Construction Co. has built more than 2,150 single family homes. The emphasis shifted in 1979, from volume tract home building to precision, high craftsmanship, one of a kind, custom homes. Typical custom home sizes range from 3,500 square feet of living area to more than 21,000 square feet with some appraisals exceeding three million dollars. Today, Central Construction Co.’s main focus is on a highly personalized service of ‘one of a kind luxury homes’, and selected commercial and re-models. A high degree of customer satisfaction is achieved by communication, commitment, and a passion for excellence.
