Central Construction originally built our house in 1996. The house was completed on time and at the quoted number. Two years later built-ins were added to the family room, the following year a pool house with a bar and bath was built, and then two years later a workshop was added along with extensive remodeling and upgrading of all baths. The honesty and integrity of our dealing with Central Construction has allowed us to do all of the latter projects on a cost plus basis without the time consuming quoting process.

Grace Community Church at San Tan Mountain
The Board of Directors of Grace Community Church was pleased with our choice of Central Construction Co. of Chandler, Arizona, to build our Fellowship Hall/Sanctuary building that was completed in November of 2001.
They were cooperative and helpful in the planning stage and professional in their oversight of the various contractors during the construction project. We are very pleased with the finished building and with Central Construction's assistance in keeping our costs under control without sacrificing quality and craftsmanship in the construction. A number of their suggestions during the project gave us improvements that will help with future maintenance costs.
I would recommend their services to others desiring church construction, as they understand the unique issues involved in working with building committees and pastors.

First Baptist Church of Sun Lakes:
Central Construction subcontracts all work to be performed. They secure at least three quotations on each job before the job is awarded. They review the quotations with regard to cost, delivery, and performance on previous jobs. Our church paid the subcontractors, with no mark-up to Central Construction, as Central Construction performed on a fixed fee.
Before a subcontractor was paid, Michael Hickey reviewed the bill and determined the work to be satisfactory. Michael and I were in contact almost every working day to discuss schedules, delivery, and performances. The performance by Central Construction Company was superb in the building of our church. I truly recommend Central Construction Company as building construction managers.
